About Samuel Vodden
.I am the owner and inspector behind Hawk Eye Home Inspection. I have lived in Costa Rica since 2009 and have over 16 years of hands-on construction and project knowledge in Costa Rica's unique climate and conditions.
I am also a former Associate Member of the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors, which has provided me with internationally recognized inspection standards, completion of all courses including electric, plumbing, structure, building envelop, heating and cooling, and methodology.
My mission is to deliver accurate, unbiased inspection reports that help protect your real estate investment.
