I am Samuel Vodden, owner and sole inspector behind Hawk Eye Home Inspection. I have lived in Costa Rica since 2009 and bring over 16 years of hands-on construction and project experience working with Costa Rica's unique climate and building conditions.
I am a former Associate Member of the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors and completed formal training in electrical systems, plumbing, structural components, building envelope, heating and cooling systems, and professional inspection methodology.
My mission is to deliver accurate, unbiased inspection reports that help buyers, sellers, and investors make informed decisions and protect their real estate investment in Costa Rica.
